We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for unused products in original packaging. Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Contact us at shop@cooe.au to arrange a return and receive the return address.
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
