Is this really free?
Yes! We're providing free sample packs to schools and daycares so families can try our QR labels. There's no catch, no obligation to buy.
How many packs will I receive?
We'll send one pack per student based on your class size. Max 30 per shipment. Have a larger class? Simply apply again for additional packs.
How do I distribute to families?
Once you receive the packs, simply hand one to each family (via students' bags, parent pickup, or school newsletter). Each pack has a unique QR code. Parents take it home, scan the QR, and register their child's details online. It's that simple!
What's in each pack?
Each pack contains a unique QR code with fabric labels in various sizes that can be ironed-on or sewn-on to clothing. Some orders also include bonus vinyl stickers (each with their own unique QR code) for hard surfaces like bottles and lunchboxes.
How does claiming work for parents?
When a parent scans their pack's QR code, they're taken to a simple registration page where they enter their child's name and optional contact info. From then on, anyone who finds a lost item can scan the label and see "This belongs to [Child's Name]" — helping reunite lost items quickly!
What if I have multiple classes or year levels?
You can submit separate registrations for each class, or request a larger quantity and note the breakdown in the "Additional Information" section. We're happy to accommodate!
How does the shipping process work?
After you register, we'll send you a confirmation email to verify your details and shipping address. Once you reply to confirm, we'll ship your packs within 1-2 weeks. Standard Australia Post delivery times apply.
Why is each pack different?
Each pack contains fabric labels for clothing. We randomly include bonus vinyl stickers (for bottles & lunchboxes) in some orders — a nice surprise for lucky families!
