Question 1

How do Cooe QR code labels work?

Accepted Answer

When someone finds your lost item, they scan the QR code with their phone. This takes them to a contact page where they can send you a message without seeing your personal phone number or address. Your privacy is protected while making it easy to return lost items.

Question 2

Are Cooe labels waterproof?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our vinyl stick-on labels are fully waterproof and dishwasher safe - perfect for drink bottles and lunch boxes. Our fabric labels (iron-on and stick-on) are washing machine safe and won't peel or fade.

Question 3

Do I need to show my phone number on the label?

Accepted Answer

No! That's the beauty of Cooe labels. The QR code links to a private contact page. Finders can message you without ever seeing your phone number, email, or address. Your privacy is completely protected.

Question 4

Are Cooe labels made in Australia?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Cooe labels are proudly designed and made in Australia. We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders.
