Our QR label products are lightweight and compact, making them perfect for letter post delivery. This allows us to offer free shipping on every order!

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During busy periods (e.g., back to school season), processing may take up to 3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12pm AEST on business days are typically dispatched same day
  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/holidays are dispatched the next business day

Delivery Information

Your order will be delivered directly to your letterbox via Australia Post standard letter service.

  • No signature required - your labels will be placed in your letterbox
  • Please ensure your address includes any unit/apartment numbers
  • PO Box addresses are accepted

Note: Standard letter post does not include tracking. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Non-Delivery Issues

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days:

  1. Check with other household members
  2. Check your letterbox thoroughly (items are sent in flat envelopes)
  3. Contact us with your order number and we'll investigate
